Daniel was an amazing host who made us feel at home the minute we arrived. The loft was amazing and he provided everything we needed to feel comfortable. He could give us great tips of where to go, what to do and he knows the best Burger places in NYC :)
Daniel was super nice. We had a wonderful stay. We really felt welcomed. Daniel did everything he could to make us feel at ease and make our trip unforgettable. We were really happy to meet such a nice person. Thanks again Daniel!
Daniel and his amazing loft is exactly what I expected after reading all the reviews that the people left. I felt since the first moment at home, he brought breakfast for us and filled the fridge which what you desired to eat. He was very familiar and helpful anytime and even we went together to have dinner. The loft is great. Full of artworks which made me feel like in a museum. Everything was super clean and Daniel provided us with anything we needed. My third great experience in Airbnb!
I havent met only a great host, I have won a real friend.
Daniel we keep in touch and hope to see you soon whereever it is!
Jose and Ute
The host was so accommodating and was very warm in receiving guests into his place! He replied promptly to my emails and gave me clear directions on how to get there. He provided advice on good places to go to around the area. Highly recommended!
It was a wonderful stay in this typical artist appartment. Daniel was very helpfull and very kind. He had filled the fridge for our breakfast so that our arrival could get smoothly. Also his directions and advice for places to see and places to eat were very appriciated. A shame he has to move out. In addition the appartment on canal St is near 3 metro lan so you can go anywhere you want in no time.
Definetely a great host!
Without any doubt, my best experience in AirBnB.
Daniel is a great host and an amazing person. We had a lot of talks about a wide range of subjects, drank lots of coffee and discussed art, buddhism and architecture.
The apartment is perfectly located, just a block and a half of Broadway, super close to Canal (1 and ACE), with many cafés near by, shops, etc… the heart of SoHo.
The lack of AC was not at all an inconvenience despite the hot weather during the days we were there. The rooftop has a beautiful sight, from it you can see the Freedom Tower among other interesting buildings.
The bathroom in the hallway wasn't a problem for us; we never ran into anyone because there's only one other person in that floor (we actually ended up having a beer in the rooftop with that other person :) )
To sum up, the most amazing experience I had AirBnB. Unique host, apartment and location.
Daniel's place was well located, one block from the subway in the heart of Soho. The accommodations were comfortable, not luxurious, but Daniel made up for any limitations with his exceptional hospitality. He was always helpful, and knowledgable about NYC as well as his neighborhood.
I will stay again at Daniel's place.
Staying at Daniels place was our very first airbnb-experience at all - and we were so happy that it was just with him! He offered us a warmhearted welcoming with cheese, grapes and beer and we had nice and broad minding talks, The flat is a true artists place, very inspiring. It is very well located, you got all important metros right around the corner, the surrounding is great for every NYC-tourist who wants to walk along Canalstreet and sit in little cafés or bars in Soho.
Everything you read in the comments is true. Daniel really is an amazing host, a wonderful man, extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome.
We also had a great time in Daniels artistic, authentic, charming place! The loft is amazing, big and with a high ceiling, filled with beautiful artworks. Although its an old building, it is very clean! We slept in the front of the loft, near the great windows (there is also a sleeping area in the back) and the double bed slept great, and had a great view! And there is an even better view from the rooftop! The bathroom is in the hallway, small but also very clean. And also very important.. the location is perfect! In the middle of Soho, lots of nice places on walking distance and otherwise subway on every corner. We had the whole place by ourselves cause Daniel stayed at his friend house. He mainly used the loft as his working place, so sometimes we met each other in the morning or afternoon and had a nice cup of coffee together :) This was our first airbnb experience and we never want a hotel again ;) If we visit NY again, we will definitely come back to Daniel, he made NY even more special.
Again, thanks a lot for everything Daniel!
This place was really nice. Great location in the middle of Soho. Quiet neighborhood, close to the subway (two minute walk), close to Soho shopping area with many nice places to eat.
The place was clean and spacious :)
Daniel was also a great host. He recommended dining spots nearby, museums and go-to places. Such a nice guy! He even followed us to the right subway!
