Dear Alice. It does not help to be in denial. It is also bad business practice to be not candid. You respond to the critique that was not in my review: I never claimed that the apartment is dirty or the heater is not working. Moreover what has the prettiness of the girl to do with the lack of spoken English skills? The drying linen was there though, and the stink also. It is shameful to call your offering a breakfast no matter how much you charge - it is better not to offer it at all.
