I am a multilingual, multicultural adventurer with a keen interest in the environment and making the world a better place. I have lived in four countries (USA, France, Thailand and Cameroon) and in the middle of the Pacific (Hawaii). I enjoy photography, sports (surfing, skiing, cycling, soccer, volleyball, tennis, hiking, the list goes on), improv theater and doing volunteer work for Stoked Mentoring, Surfrider and Engineers without Borders. I like to go to shows and movies...especially the free concerts in the park during the summer. I travel a fair amount, either doing research on a boat or visiting friends and family in France, Hawaii, California and a bunch of other places. I tend to like to camp and rough it when I travel. I enjoy being an AirBnB host and I am excited to share my space and my life with interesting new people.
My wife Stacey is also a multilingual, multicultural adventurer. She is originally from Colorado, and has spent considerable time in West Africa (in particular Mali and Senegal). Stacey is a great dancer and enjoys African dancing in particular. She works for Brooklyn Academy of Music in Visiting Artist Services...which is an amazing experience. She is the coolest person I know.
