I love to travel and to meet new people - and I am looking forward to hearing from you!
I was three times as guest present. That says more than 1000words
Skønt sted, meget tæt på vandet. Hyggelige, rene (website hidden)øøøønt fællesrum, som deles med familien. Fantastisk service, Susanne er meget imødekommende og åben. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang, vi overnatter der!
I returned to Susanne
All was OK
Very, very friendly hosts! Susanne is a nice and warm-hearted person. The rooms were in a perfect condition and the house is furnished in a cosy, inspiring and somehow very Danish style! We would have loved to stay longer.
Tak for lån!
I dont like to leave a bad feedback, but I must admit that I was quite disappointed with my stay with Susanne. The communication was unfortunately not good enough and I was surprised to learn that the rented room was not in Århus. I had booked it looking at feedback and because of the headline "Aarhus by the sea...." made me think it was actually in Århus. I wrote Susanne several times and asked if she could give me an estiment of how long it would take me to go there from the city centre and how far it was away but never really got an answer to those questions, so I was quite surprised when I got to Århus and discovered that the place is 45 minutes out of Århus city centre. I think that the host should have been clearer about that both in the add and even more since I asked several times as to how far out from the city centre it was.
When I finally got there I was very cold and tired and was very unpleased to find out that the heat hadn't been turned on in good time before I came so the room was ice-cold.
Susanne was nice and gave me a cup of warm tea, but I must admit I had a bad night trying to get warm and I had to get up very early to make the bus back to Århus (a 40 min ride on the bus saturday morning with no traffic) to go to work.
So all in all not the best place to stay for a business weekend in Århus.
Susanne and Peter are wonderful and expert hosts. They very are accommodating and shared their fabulous home with my our family as though we were age old friends. We were five weary travellers ranging in age from my youngest daughter of 2 months to yours truly at 46 years. The location is only 15 mins from the heart of town but feels like you at your summer house, with beach right at the end of an absolutely idyllic street. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Århus and the surrounds. We had an awesome time.
Susanne and Peter were excellent hosts, and their house was super comfortable. And beautiful. They were warm and welcoming and made delicious coffee!
The town is about a 50 minute bus ride away, but the bus comes every half hour on weekdays and the stop is right close to the house. Susanne also helped us with directions and calling a taxi.
The beach just down the road is nice too!
Overall it was an excellent experience. Recommended!!!
What a amazing place! My friends and I had a great weekend and loves your house, garden, campfire & BBQ... It was a real treat and we are positive we Will come back!
Susanne and her family stayed in our home for 10 days and took great care of it. They are trustworthy guests, welcome to come back any time they want.
