Hafi-None, we are sorry and discouraged that you felt you had a bad experience, especially due to the concessions we made for you. Not only did we patiently answer 3 weeks (over 18 exchanges) of questions leading up to your stay, but also granted a discount due to your circumstances and our timing -- which we rarely do -- since it was clear that was your main concern.
Having said that, it's interesting you've reviewed us as you did, since you didn't mention any concerns during our texts / calls during your stay. In fact, we continued to provide guidance for finding specialty stores, etc. to help you. Per our advance communications, we clarified the two minor issues arose after your booking, and informed you as soon as we knew they couldn't be addressed in time...because we had other guests staying...who didn't have an issue with them. (One normally wouldn't think that having to press one extra button for the TV would be a major inconvenience.)
As for the parking, we informed you in advance, and in our instructions, of the free parking alongside our building. Prior guests have parked there regularly. We also offered our paid garage spot, which you declined. Despite all this, the reason you found the zone parking sticker is because we happily directed you to them during your busy arrival. As for getting a ticket after using these (free) passes, we could only presume you would follow the instructions printed on them. This is the first we've learned of you receiving a ticket -- to suggest otherwise is inaccurate. And since it is still < 30 days of receiving the ticket, you should be able to fight it.
