I wear many hats. I have a couple of degrees and currently work as a adjunct college lecturer, an ABA therapist working with autistic kids, and a research assistant at UT being dazzled by the mysteries of neuroscience. Fun fact, I have also worked as a tattoo artist. I also rock climb, am writing a book, paint, philosophize, etc.
I love to travel and hope to live abroad this summer. My list thus far... Mexico, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Norway, Peru, England, and Holland. My vacations typically work around science conferences, and I love it that way. (I have used AirBnB for the past year of my traveling and will never go back to hotels.)
If you are hosting me: I am a bit OCD and highly respect other people's belongings. (Even in cheap motels I clean before I leave.) I vow to take care of you home.
If I am hosting you: I am opening up my domicile to potential guest because of my experience staying with an AirBnB host in Austin while I was trying desperately hard to move and start my life here. It was the perfect room. I hope to be able to give that to someone else. A launch pad, if you will. Or, you could just come and enjoy the city, too! I'll do be my best to be a hospitable host and put you in contact with anyone you may need.
Knowledge, its proliferation, and truth are my main goals in life.
