For over 20 years I’ve been a professional Chef in the Vancouver culinary scene. Currently, I'm a consultant for restaurants in the Vancouver area. My passion for food and travel has taken me all over the world, from learning how to create a perfect curry in Bangkok to savoring fresh made pasta in Bologna. Some of the most inspirational destinations to influence my cooking have been Napa, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Mediterranean and Mexico. All these experiences have influenced my West coast style, which I execute using fresh, local and sustainable ingredients.
I love Vancouver for being a vibrant, cosmopolitan and multicultural city.
