Thank you for taking some time to provide this feedback. I would like to apologize for failing to exceed all of your expectations. I intend on improving each of these situations by doing the following:
1. No key for workout room/pool: I stopped providing the card-key after it was lost through a rental. I will reintroduce it to future residents should they be interested, for a nominal, nonrefundable fee. This would cover the cost of the card should it be lost. In either case, I regret that this inconvenienced you, as I marketed my apartment with these two amenities.
2. Refrigerator: Fortunately, this is an easy problem to fix. I will have my cleaner address the fridge every time she comes.
3. Clutter in dining area: I do not think that anything was misrepresentation in my photos. I believe the clutter to which you are referring are the dog crate and the printer/shredder, all of which are in the dining room photo. Additionally, I had two cases of water stacked on top of each other, an empty backpack, and a small vacuum cleaner, which has been moved to the closet.
Though you will not be able to benefit from these improvements, I hope that future airbnber's will. Thanks again for the feedback!
