We had a great time at the Loose Moose! The cabin is tucked away at the end of a quiet street - a perfect place for our kids to play. The cabin was cozy and just the right amount of space needed for our family. we were even able to bring our dog along, which was great. Jason & Sandra were very fast to respond to any Qs we had - we plan on booking again next year!
Had a great time at the loose moose cabin. Cozy while still giving you space for indoor activities, location is tucked away but close enough to various shopping centers so as to leave the people renting the ability to get whatever amenities they'd need. Jason and Sandra were awesome, they were extremely accommodating to whatever request or question I would have, and Jason responded promptly each time. Overall we had a great experience, and all we could talk about on the way back down to mass was what we should do the next time we stayed here. Rent the Loose Moose cabin with confidence, my friends!
Cozy cabin in wooded and quiet area. Hosts were very helpful.
this was a great place to stay! jason and sandy's place is really lovely, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect weekend get away. I highly recommend it.
Communicating with Jason & Sandra was efficient via email, and finding and getting into the house was simple and smooth. The house is cute and has plenty of room, and the woodstove was nice. It was a perfect location for a hiking weekend with friends.
I left off one star just because there were not enough sheets for all the beds (I guess they are normally there and this was an rare situation), but it was frustrating. Sandra/Jason were easy to access when we discovered this, but we were still unable to use the queen bed. You need to bring towels, a garbage bag, paper towels, newspaper to start your fire, or whatever else you'll need.
My boyfriend and I and our dog went up to the White Mountains at the end of September to go hiking and had a great stay at the Loose Moose. The house is a 10 minute drive to the Kancamagus Highway with great access to hikes in the White Mountains. It was cold and rainy one of the days we were there, but we stayed warm and cozy at the Loose Moose. A toasty fire and a comfortable house kept us happy, especially with the quiet surroundings. This house is 100% pet friendly- very accommodating for dogs too. Jason and Sandy were excellent and had a quick answer for every question. We highly recommend the Loose Moose for any occasion. We didn't realize how large the house was from the photos, but we hope to return with lots of friends!
The Loose Moose was a great cabin in the Conway area, The house was a pretty interesting design, and there was a lot of additional space of the top floor (5 twin beds I believe) as well as the two bedrooms. There was a nice fire pit out in the back yard with chairs which was nice as it was just starting to cool off up there.
Jason was easy to get in touch with, and gave concise answers to all of our questions, I would definitely recommend him and his property!
