Response from Federico:
The location of the apartment is well declared on the description of
the apartment and also on the map, so that everyone could exactly see
where the house is located and weigh up pros and cons of such
Plus there are several reviews from past guest and reading them comes
clear that time it may take from downtown, as in all cities of the
world, depends from hours/traffic/days of the week/in-off peak.
In the house description It is also clearly written that the apartment
is a perfect solution if you are travelling on a budget, which means:
if you are looking for a central place prepare to afford at least 50€
more per night.
In the house description it’s not written that it’s worth exploring
neighbourhood (although in a walking distance you could also see
Richard Meyer 2000 Jubilee church, which many architecture fans come
daily to visit).
It’s pretty well known that in Italy shops on a Sunday are closed,
except if you choose to stay downtown.
There is a very big shop by walking distance from the house (2 min)
where you can get whatever you may need for your staying and it is
open from 9 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 9 to 1 pm on
Sunday. Sorry it closes during nightime.
The price for public transportation is 1.50 € for 100 minutes – But
there is also a weekly ticket with unlimited numbers of trips which
costs € 24. You will spend € 6 for daily ticket. Once again everybody
can choose personal solution for spending less.
Had many guests before and absolutely nobody compained about:
- Furnishing: never written in description that house has been
renewed, there are lots of pics of the furnishing and it looks exactly
how it actually is.
- The hot water: it depends by the time you shower, after half an hour
of showering of course hot water finish. Once again nobody before
complained about that.
- Wifi: nobody before complained about that.
- The stove has 1 burner that doesn’t work and it’s clearly explained
in the house instructions, which means: except you are cooking for
Christmas meal for 10 people 3 burners are enough.
