We had a wonderful stay at Paris III, Calme et Cozy. We were greeted on time by a friendly and kind representative from accueil-appartement. The apartment was newly renovated, immaculate and extremely well equipped for a bit of home cooking. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to a Carrefour supermarket, delicious bakeries and two metro stations. It's a bit small for a family of four, but we managed just fine.
Delightful little apartment very close to Place d'Italie. It was exactly what we needed to make us feel at home in the beautiful city of Paris.
Our welcome host, Matthew, was charming and helpful making us feel very special and important as visitors to his city. He gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, which was a lovely and unexpected touch.
All with whom we had contact within the reservation process and during our stay were wonderfully helpful and efficient.
We had a weekend visit to LaRochelle for a scientific meeting and it was so nice to come "home" to our little place once again before our departure back to Florida.
Thank you for making this trip one we will always treasure.
i enjoyed my stay in Anne's apartment very much. it is small but modern and has been nicely renovated very recently. the kitchen has everything one may possibly need for cooking; it is very well-equipped with tableware, pots etc etc -- it even has a dishwasher and a washing machine; whatever i needed for preparing dishes, it was there! the rest of the apartment is also well-equipped. e.g. one can iron one's clothes etc etc ...
getting and returning the key was unproblematic and well-organized. this was done by a professional agency. (they do, however, charge an additional fee for arrivals/departures late at night and on sunday.)
i also liked the quarter (Place d'Italie) very much. it is quiet and not touristic, but has restaurants (many East Asian) close by. a short walk (15 or 20 minutes) brings you to the pretty Rue Mouffetard in the Latin Quarter with many restaurants ...
This apartment - as should be clear from the beautiful pictures - is wonderful. Everything looks exactly like it's photographed. It is ideally located on a quiet street within 3 minutes of at least three metro lines. I also really enjoyed walking about 10 minutes to the rue Mouffetard for dinner and being close to the Gare de Lyon for day trips. The apartment itself has everything you need - including a dish washer and a washer/dryer (and that's hard to come by)! The building is quiet and friendly with several grocery stores in the area. I would definitely stay there again!
excellente communication avec cette famille très sympathique, ménage impeccable
Anne was a great guest. I would like to have them back again. They are tidy, respectable and honest. Thank you for staying with us
Anne was a really great guest, she looked after my apartment as if it were her own and left it immaculately. I would definitely recommend her and would certainly welcome her back!
