Thanks for bringing this to my attention. There are a couple of things I would like to address.
The Internet: I asked the guest to unplug the router and replug it in. She said she was able to connect to another network so was fine. When I arrived the after her departure I did just that and the internet worked perfectly. We all know how tricky routers can be and that it is out of my control if there is a disruption in the internet. I would have liked to come by and address this if it was an issue.
The AC: I have never received a complaint regarding this. Sorry it was not ideal for your stay.
Tub and Toilet: I had maintenance address this when the guest left. I was told this issue was caused by the guest flushing non toilet paper items in the toilet. My apologies for not informing you to not flush any feminine products due to older pipes.
Cleanliness: I am sorry this was less than ideal for you. As you can see, I have never had an issue with this in past stays. I would have refunded your cleaning fee had you brought this to my attention.
