I honestly do not understand most of this review. I was out of town in Austin as mentioned therefore I was clearly not the one you spoke to about the furniture, that was my new roommate who was moving in that day. I have clearly lived in this house for a long time because I have rental reviews dating one year ago. The apartment is listed as clean by every other guest so this review is really out of line. Because of the amount of people in Austin for SXSW my cell was lagging so the door code came in 20 minutes late. 20 minutes is what this guest is demanding a refund for. The apartment is stocked with blankets and literally 3 sets of sheets for the bed. The heat works and I refuse to comment on the "old toilet" complaint. Get real. The TV works just fine if you are adept at operating a remote or power button. In summary this guest is a rare find and I feel sorry for whoever rents to her next. Palmira I suggest you rent from actual Hotels if you really found the apartment to be so unbearable, they are used to impossible guests like you.
If any of this was really a problem why didn't you send me a single message or text asking about the heat, the tv, the furniture or the old toilet? You didnt say a word about any of it until this review. Not cool P, not cool.
