I'm easy going and travel a lot and love meeting interesting people and making friends. If you're a like minded visitor to Harvard, MIT, and Boston, I'd enjoy hosting you and sharing the wonders of Cambridge and New England.

Location was awesome, apartment was fitting for our party of 3. Host was unable to understand the communicative abilities of young international travellers and had unreasonable expectations of people who were staying for two days. Some of the specific demands which we presumed would be included in the $112USD cleaning fee were not. Things such as washing the linen and towels provided that we were checking out at 3am to depart for the next part of our journey was an unrealistic expectation considering the circumstances.
This apartment in Davis Square was wonderful for our home away from home Thanksgiving holiday with our son who is studying at MIT and his friends. We had a delightful time and plenty of space to host a dinner for 8! The neighborhood is just beautiful, quiet, and easily accessible to the Davis Square T stop. Guests should note that there is no television and the internet is unreliable at best. We would certainly rent again!
Kay was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She was also very hospitable, and checked in with us periodically.
We look forward to visiting Cambridge again.
This house is located just off Mass ave so access to the bus is very easy. There is a few block walk to the Davis T station. A nice 5-10 min walk. The house is an old victorian style house. Kay the owner was very helpful with local information. The house itself could use some updating. There are 2 nice bedrooms. The couches are not very good for sleeping. There is one bathroom for all to share. The kitchen was adaquate for the few meals we made in the house.
As a first-timer here to Airbnb, I had a great experience and couldn't have asked for a better hostess. K is very informative and detailed, and her communication was always expedient and clear. The location, the price point, and the convenient location to Harvard could not have been better. I came through town on a business trip to attend meetings at Harvard Business School, and the apartment is only a 10 minute walk to HBS, so it is convenient no matter where you'd be going at Harvard. All in all a great experience!
Our recent stay in Harvard Square was made really easy by this location. The place was neat and close to Harvard Square. There were 4 of us which was just enough for the space. Our host was quick in responding to our questions and wanted to ensure we had what we needed during our stay. Overall, a good experience.
Four of us stayed in Kay's 2 bed property for 5 nights in October for a family wedding that was taking place in Boston. In general we found the location to be excellent and enjoyed feeling part of everyday life. The neighbourhood is lovely and close to lots of good restaurants, shops, bars etc. The T line is also only a couple of blocks away. The house itself is a real family home, filled with the owners books, cds etc. It was warm and comfortable & the 2 double beds were very comfortable. It could do with some updating (ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling off) and was a little full of unnecessary furniture -particularly in the back bedroom. The area is very quiet and there was no disturbance from outside on any night of our stay. In fact, the only noises we heard were from above where it sounded like some vacuuming was being done (at 1am!) Apart from that our stay was incident free & Kay was very responsive when contacted. As we had a lot of family events on during our stay we weren't in the house very much and didn't use the cooker or even the TV. We didn't require Kay's help on anything but I'm sure had we any questions or issues she would have been right there to deal with them. A great area of Boston to visit & stay in.
L'appartamento è molto carino. Un po' difficile comunicare con l'host ma la location è ottima
The location was extremely convenient and the amenities exactly as described. I had a wonderful stay with family for five beautiful days at Harvard. They payment is confusing though. We were two occupants for two days and five occupants for 3 days, but got billed for 5 guests for five nights which somehow seems unfair when there is a per occupant rate in addition to a flat rent.
Anyway, I was happy I chose this apartment - made life very easy with its proximity to restaurants, T and Harvard campus itself.
The location is great and Kay is very attentive and helpful. Conveniently located near Harvard University buildings, the location in Harvard square cannot be beat! I have stayed here twice over the past month.
Kay and family stayed at my place. They were my first guests and they left the mark to great start. They were patient, polite, and very respectful of my place to the point that they organized their check out! Even though they had little time to visit Montreal, and personal matters to deal with, they found time to be communicative at all times.
I, with no doubt, appreciate these types of guests and would welcome them again any time!
Very clean and respectful, and with their full agenda I only had chance to spend a little time with them. Very nice couple, and in addition to having all laundry and such ready for me upon leaving, the room was immaculate, bed made and everything. A pleasure to host.
Kay and her husband were wonderful guests. They were very interesting to talk to and were meticulously neat and thoughtful. We highly recommend them to other hosts.
