I'm from Brooklyn and I love the variety of cultures and different neighborhoods we have around here.
We spent 2 days at Carol's house. There wasn't lucky with the weather, and it was cold in a house. But Carol's cordiality and warm welcome made us positive! Thanks for all and good luck!
Cozy room si a great cosy room, with a shared bathroom.
Carol was very nice and recommended an awesome brunch !
Thank you for everything
We had a wonderful time in a lovely room and house. All very smart in a quiet area. Thank you very much.
Carol has a wonderful apartment in the perfect location. She was a very helpful and reliable host. I can fully recommend staying at her place.
It was really very comfortable in the house and in a really beautiful, pleasant neighbourhood. I was working in downtown Manhattan every day and, at home a London resident, found the commute extremely easy. There was a slight inconvenience in that the wifi only worker properly in the bathroom (furthest point away from the Adelphi St front of the house), but I got used to that. Hardly a big problem...
I booked this room for my mother-in-law because it was directly across the street from my apartment. She loved it and is already talking about her next visit.
She thought the bed was very comfortable, the room quiet, the bathroom very clean. She reported that it was so comfortable she slept longer and better than she does at home.
Carol was very kind and helpful.
My mother-in-law was very pleased with her stay in the Kozy Room.
It was a wonderful stay at Carol's Victorian Style Suite. My sister and I really enjoyed a classic room and specially impressed by the gorgeous bathroom. I felt myself like a heroin in " Pretty woman" in white clean bathtub.
Carol was so courteous to us that we could spent nice and comfortable time.
She taught us nice restaurants near there on Dekalb Av. and we could enjoyed wonderful meals.
I would like to come back again someday.
we enjoyed our stay tremendously .Carol was very accommodating to our needs.
the house and the room we stayed in is amazing. We will stay there again when we go to visit our daughter
My wife and I had a most pleasant three day stay in Carol's b'n'b in Adelphi Street, Brooklyn. Perfectly situated in this delightful area, very comfortable and most welcoming hosts. I highly recommend Carol's accommodation for those visiting Brooklyn.
The room is in a very generous older ladies' house and she showed us everything when we arrived very late in the night which was not a problem at all. Although we didn't manage to see Carol at all she arranged everything for us very well and was very reachable per cell phone. The room is located in a great area in Brooklyn with lots of restaurants and nice little bars around. The nearest underground is 15 min away though, so if you have heavy suitcases that might be a challenge. The room is really tiny but has everything you need. Only disadvantages were that the bed is starting the have a hole in the middle (not nice if you sleep 2 there) and the windows can't open - although it sounds that they are fully open. But we had two all fine nights here!
