we are very sorry that you feel this way. Especially since we really wanted to have stayed at your Riyad. I am sorry that your maid Khadija felt that she had to check us in though the house wasn't cleaned and she left shortly after. This doesn't justify the smell of mold and the lack of WiFi and the fact that you allowed your guest to store their luggage in one of the rooms (with key access)
Here is my review, once again:
- WiFi is NOT an actual amenity. You are asked to connect to the neighbors WiFi (which is not working) - some rooms smelled of mold - cleanliness isues: bedlinen in each of the five rooms were not changed from previous guests- the bedspreads had been nicely put to cover, left over dishes from previous guests and food left outside on the counter, bathrooms not cleaned, garbage not emptied, tables not wiped (some with a layer of dust), the 'pool' had dirty water, carpets and floors soiled and not vacuumed (or brushed), luggage from previous guest stored in one of the rooms (that we were supposed to occupy) with key access to the guests which didn't make us feel safe. Overall a big disappointment!
