I found this apartment to be great. The best part of it is its location, location, location! It is only a few steps away from Bourbon Street. The apartment was clean and organized. The host provided clear instructions for initial entry into the building. The balcony was awesome and provided a great view of the neighborhood. It was also very convenient that the television was location in the bedroom above the bed.
We had a great time. Place was clean, plenty of towels, sheets, dishes, etc. pretty easy walk to anywhere in the quarter. Only knock we had on it was there wasn't any toilet paper, which we had to go buy, and we weren't sure what was expected of us when we left. Other than that, we loved it.
The apartment was exactly as described and Daphne was great at helping and answering any questions.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Right in the heart of Bourbon Street but just out of the way so it's nice and quiet. Would live to come stay again!
The location is absolutely perfect! The apartment itself is a great sze and very comfortable. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer. Daphne is very responsive and most helpful.
We did have major issues with the noise from the club below. If you are going to New Orleans to party and the noise is okay with you, this is the place to stay. We went durring jazz fest weekend for a wedding and needed to be up for breakfasts and wedding gatherings early so it caused us some sleep problems.
Daphe is a delight and I appreciate her assistance.

Daphne's balcony apartment was a fantastic place to stay. The whole complex is really well maintained and safe. Clean sheets and towels, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooftop pool made for a great afternoon break. The apartment is right on the edge of Bourbon (close to the action), but central enough to get to other New Orleans musts... Frenchman Street, French Market, Garden District, Jackson Square, etc. We walked or took public transportation the whole week. Having a washer/dryer and a fridge was a huge plus. Buy a 12-pack of good beer and carry it in a bag with you as you wander Bourbon Street, it will save you about $50. A bus ride from the airport to Tulane, and then a 5 minute walk, is just $2. Don't take a taxi.
The only issue, as everyone points out, is noise. Nightly garbage collection and a drunken town crier at 3:30AM were slightly disturbing. Note: I found the bag of earplugs in the nightstand as we were checking out, take advantage of them.
What a cozy apartment right in the heart of the Quarter! The place was clean, new fresh towels and sheets, and we had everything we needed right there. Bourbon Street tends to be a bit noisy at night, however there are earplugs provided for you in the nightstand--very thoughtful. Bed is comfortable, too. The balcony is awesome and great for catching some sun during the day or feeling a nice breeze at night. I would definitely recommend to anyone discovering NOLA for the first time.
Had a wonderful stay at Daphne's! The apartment is perfectly located for short walks to everywhere in the Quarter. Loved everything but the late night honking at motorcycles. You will get that anywhere downtown however.
Washer and dryer was a huge plus!!!
