-What I’m doing with my life:
Working in a field that fits my interests and passions, and pays the bills. Not bad, right?
-I’m really good at:
Cooking, devouring and savouring.
(Writing in British English.)
Remembering, though not memorizing.
Working and volunteering.
Dancing and singing like no one's watching.
Traveling for any combination of the above.
-Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food:
Currently reading: The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle
Love films by: Pedro Almodovar
Sad to see end: Friday Night Lights
Stuck on repeat: Adele
Obsessed with: Poutine
-The six things I could never do without:
In no particular order: butter, my passport, a coastline, a pup named Oliver, a chef's knife, and my iPhone (which is cheating because this includes the the New York Times, (website hidden), Kayak, among other brilliant and necessary things).
-I spend a lot of time thinking about:
how to make the world a better place. No. Really.
-On a typical Friday night I am:
enjoying the company of my friends around food and drink.
-As a guest, if sharing:
I'm pretty easygoing, entertaining, eager to get to know new people, share adventures, and encourage spontaneity. I'm neat, clean, and organized. I love food and will probably do two things: make you a meal, devour a meal you've made for me, or drag you out for food adventures.
-As a guest, if having the place all to myself:
It'll be as if I was never there.
-As a host:
Staying at my place will be like staying at a hotel. All the amenities and necessities you'll ever need will be in plain sight, whereas I'll be out of sight and out of mind so that you can enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. But if you want, I can also make the best concierge you'll ever know.
