Marvet is an easygoing host and provides thoughtful conditions.
Marvet is very welcoming and attentive to the fact that all people in the house feel comfortable and respect basic rules about sharing spaces and respect. She was very helpful (in a few minutes, even late night) to fix the toilet or solve problems. I couln't attend the Christmas dinner she was cooking for her family and all roommates, but this is a great idea! She is aslso very discreet and nice. I would definitely recommand the stay! Close from metro 2 and 5 (Winthrop and Sterling).
Marvet has a lovely house in a great location, extremely friendly and hospitable!!
It was so pretty! The houses and leaves falling on the street- safe and convenient neighborhood, everyone was so nice and the subway/ busses were very fast too. There was also an amazing farmers market at grand army plaza I discovered on Saturdays - became my little vacation :) enjoy!
Marvet is a great host!! I enjoyed my stay at her place very much, she was very kind and helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is very close to the subway. I can only recommend it!!
Marvet was extremely nice and accomodating. Got to meet some other really nice people that were staying there as well!
Room was perfect - exactly what I needed.
Marvet and the room were great, the room is exactly as described, small but functional with everything you need but nothing you dont, i deal for what i wanted! Marvet was a fantastic host, couldn't have asked for more, especially at that price. It was a bit far from town but the subway was really close and its just one fast line to Manhattan so it wasn't problem.
Marvet was a great host. She had the room ready for me with instructions on how to get around using the subway etc. When arrived she was very helpful in giving me directions to where I had to travel the next day. The room and the shared bathroom were clean. The locality might appear a bit dodgy but I stayed there for 4 days and it is actually quite safe. If you have something to do in Brooklyn and want a reasonably prized room for a few days, consider this option seriously.
Mervet is a great person, really kind and polite. She helped me without any problem. I had very pleasant stay at her house.
The room was: clean, a big bed, TV, WIFI internet and a good forniture
The house is close to the subways 2(red), 5(green), B(orange) and Q (yellow).
I survived at Hurricane Sandy in this house!!!
Booked for long stay had to leave early.
