Sarah's place was great and she was very flexible with check-in/check-out which made my stay so much easier, would definitely stay here again!
A beautiful apartment, and a generous and extremely helpful host (who very patiently waited for my long-delayed arrival, and kindly stocked up the fridge). It's the perfect base from which to explore New York, although the East Village itself has everything you could possibly need (including the excellent McSorley's ale house, and running routes by the river). Highly recommended!
What a great apartment! Sarah was there to greet us and show us her lovely place. It's a fantastically well located apartment in a great area in walking distance to so much of the city.
A comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, reliable wifi and two sets of keys made our stay so comfortable.
Good, clean apartment on a good location in New York. Good communication en relaxed check in and check out.
Very nice appartement, good area. City bikes available around the corner, cafes and bars very near. Sarah managed everything very well for us. Thanks.
Sarah's place is really great! I stayed there over a weekend in January and it could not have gone better.
Sarah was a fantastic host! She was very flexible regarding check-in/check-out (which worked well for us because our travel schedule was pretty up in the air). When I texted her questions during my stay, she replied immediately. Sarah also provided excellent tips for restaurants and bars in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better host!
The apartment was exactly as clean and cute as it looks in the photos (the bed is also insanely comfortable!). I would definitely recommend Sarah as a host and this apartment to anyone!
perfect guest - would recommend to all
Josh and Sarah are two of my closest friends.
During Hurricane Sandy, my Lower East Side apartment was without heat, electricity and water. They opened their home up to me and our other friend Kevin for nearly a week. During a very difficult time, both Kevin and I were treated as though we were family members; Sarah bought and served us delicious home-cooked meals every day and Josh even made us an extra key.
The apartment was always extra clean and the view from the rooftop of the NYC skyline was absolutely sublime.
You couldn't ask for better hosts.
