Breege is welcoming and fun - a delightful host. Her home is a massive old house which is being renovated and is not all ready for occupancy. But that was not an inconvenience. Our flat was beautifully done with an excellent kitchen and two spotless bathrooms. There was fresh home-made bread on the counter and food in the fridge for breakfast, plus coffee, tea and juice.
There are plenty of windows with excellent views of the sea and the mountains. Ballyferriter is a small town, so this location is for those who want a quiet place. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly choose to stay with Breege again.
My son Kevin and Alana stayed with Breege. The location and the setting so close to the lovely village of Ballyferriter suited them very well. Breege had a very generous welcome pack ready for them which they enjoyed very much. Breege was very friendly and welcoming. Kevin knows the area pretty well but thought Breeges place was a little gem and they felt at home in the apartment.
We had a good night at Breege's place. It is a whole apartment that is clean, well-equipped and has spectacular views of the Bay. We slept like rocks in the peaceful quiet. We were even greeted by her outdoor cat, Arabella, who was snuggly and aloof, just like a cat should be!
While our stay with Breege was brief, we could not have been more pleased. The apartment and entire property are beautiful and we were very impressed with the renovations. We wish we could have stayed for a week and enjoyed the quiet and lovely village. I would recommend Breege's listing to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Can't wait to visit again!
We had a really lovely stay with Breege at Granville House. We arrived in the rain after a long journey from Co. Meath to a very warm welcome. The place is exactly as described, even bigger and more spacious with spectacular views. As the weather was bad and it was quite cold out, Breege had the place lovely and cosy with heaters turned on in all the rooms. Our one year old boy had lots of fun exploring his new surroundings.
Breege had left some lovely treats for our breakfast..homemade brown bread, fresh eggs, smoked salmon, bacon and freshly squeezed juice. The cupboards were well stocked with all the staples and well equipped for cooking up our own meals. A basket of soft blankets by the couch made for some very cosy times!
It's a beautiful spot with amazing beaches as well as the brilliant town of Dingle all on your doorstep. Granville house is a great place to base yourself if you want something a little different and special. Hopefully we'll be back. Thanks Breege

Lovely trip back to one of the most beautiful places in Ireland...and a great night's sleep.
A handy two minute walk from Tigh Uí Chatháin!!
Thanks again Breege. Bead thar n-ais go luath.
A beautiful view from the place. Lovely host and nice place to stay. The area is beautiful and a wonderful drive. The host also left us fresh food and was very nice. Only issue is it is difficult to find but the host is very accessible.
Breege was a fantastic host! There was a warm fire burning when we arrived and she even had fresh eggs, juice and bread in the kitchen for us to enjoy the next morning. The house itself was cozy and the beds very comfortable. She was very flexible with our check in and check out times. She had one or two other rentals on the property which also looked great. We would definitley stay again the next time we are in the area. Thanks Breege!
