Sam and Chris have been the worst experience ever. I don't wish any host to go through all this. They obtained a special price as they rented for 2 months. A few hours before their check in, they emailed saying they were going to stay just 1 (website hidden) problem. The day after their check in they complained for the house not being clean, a tub "flooding" a fan not working. The house had been cleaned twice (the day before their arrival and the same day of their arrival) as with me they changed 3 times their check in date. The fan that was not working was an old one that had been put aside to be (website hidden) problem they had a new one the same afternoon along with the tub replaced. It was in their rights to complain. After 10 days they call saying the fridge isn't working. I know how annoying this can be. We send a technician. The fridge needed a part to be changed that would take 3 days to arrive, but the freezer never stopped working and the fridge could work cleaning the fan from the frost. They said they had just made a big shopping for the whole month and probably had to throw food away. I replied I would have refunded the amount. From that day on I just received a lot of aggressive texts on my mobile. When 3 days later the fridge was fixed I refunded $100 for the food. Then every day a text:"the fridge is not working again" and to my caretaker "yes it is working". We tried calling them to understand but couldn't reach them. Silence for 2 days then 7 messages in one afternoon about the fridge and lots of other lies....This was too much. I wanted them out of the house and offered to refund the last week of their stay. Impossible to reach them for 2 days. Cindy went at the house and they weren't there. Then a message: "everything 's fine, we stay until the 10th". On Nov 8th airbnb informed me to have problems charging the 2 extra nights (8th till 10th Nov),immediately after another mail informing they had altered their reservation and were leaving the 8th (that same day). But when Cindy went for their check out they didn't wanna leave! They said their credit card was blocked and they would stay until the 10th, very kindly this time. I let them stay one more night for free, but then they wanted to stay 3 more days!!!!......Their last text saying I was a shame, they would leave just when I returned their deposit back (airbnb handles deposits)They rented a bicycle locally, didn't return it, didn't pay it.They left the house the 9th 8pm! I have a quad in my patio they had rented, not returned and probably have to pay for it.I strongly suggest to block them, customers are always right, but hosts need to be able to defend themselves and their properties.
Sam & Chris Salter are very nice guests and They are welcome back any time. The studio looked great when I returned. They even left beautiful gift in my kitchen. How lovely....
Most people would consider that Sam and Chris have a dream life : living on a sailing boat, moored in crystal clear waters, off some magic tropical islands, organising diving trips for sea lovers, cooking on board, watching romantic sunsets....But once in a while, it's good to set foot on land ,check out the latest movies, shopping like normal human beings....So we were the lucky one to host them during their "back to civilsation" stay, and that was truly enjoyable from our side. To their contact,we even learnt some new recepee, and we are now proud to announce to our future guests that we can serve fried bacon for breakfast (under special requirement though). We hope it will make our place even more attractive . Our next challenge is to learn how to cook baked beans. Chirs and Sam, you are welcome to test us on this, the next time you are in town. Cheers.

I know Sammy very well, for quite a number of years (more than 12 now!). She is just a wonderful person all around! She will make your stay a memorable one, she is funny, intelligent, knows many languages, dances... And she is a great conversationalist if you want the perfect talking partner over coffee or wine (did I mention she is also a wine expert?). I am certain that she will make your stay in the boat be an incredible one.

Samy is the person you want to be around when traveling! She is beautiful, fun and full of life, and she can also help you out arranging your stay, providing useful insider tips and making your vacation memorable.
