I am Danish, born 23 September 1952, when Harry S. Truman was President of the United States, and "The Quiet Man" went on to win the Academy Award for Best Instructor.
I left the Danish Army in 1993 as a Lieutenant Colonel after 21 years of service in order to become an official in the European Parliament, where I am now responsible for the Press Service in Copenhagen. My wife, Jette, works in a bank. She is the most succesful breeder of Norwegian Forest Cats in the world ((website hidden)), and since we have no kids of our own, the cats are really our children. We prefer to go bicycling on our holidays, mostly with friends - in 2011 we went from Prague to Copenhagen and later from Oslo to Copenhagen.
