Traveler. Foodie. Adventurous. Love cities, but could live in the country too.

I am a graphic designer, currently working with wineries and distilleries on their various label needs -- wine, gin, vodka, olive oil, vinegar, and honey to name a few. Macintosh computers are my friends.

5 things I can't live without? In no particular order, since that order changes daily... Movies. My cat Billy. Friends. Butter. Family. Bread. Kites. The beach. The Mountains. Cheese. Okay, that's 10, but I could go on and on.

My favorite book is The Little Prince. My favorite movie is... I can't name my favorite movie, there are too many. A few in my regular rotation are, Bringing Up Baby, The American President, The Quick and the Dead, Mrs. Miniver, Adam's Rib, The Quiet Man, and Top Hat. I love shoes, watches, and fancy pens.

Some favorite music artists? Andrea Marcovicci, Brandi Carlile, The Dixie Chicks, Patricia Kaas, The Manhattan Transfer, and PINK.

What do I hate? Passwords and the loser crooks who make it necessary to keep changing passwords.

Favorite travel destinations? San Francisco, Chicago, NYC, Paris, Florence, Venice, Alaska, Yosemite -- just to name a few.

I have rented a private home in Italy, but this is my first try with Airbnb. I had a tremendous experience in Tuscany, and look forward to this new adventure. It was great having the comforts of home and at the same time being able to experience someone else's life and culture by way of their neighborhood, art choices, furniture, view from their window, their kitchen plates, and record collection, etc.

Life motto? hhmm. "Live and let live." That's a good one.
