I have a nice cozy apartment in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

Nick was very fast in getting back and resolving any issues we had. Cool little loft not sure how it would accommodate 8 people.
Nick was a fantastic host and his space is amazing, very large for NYC standards with super cool style. It's exactly as pictured, super clean and very well stocked with anything one could need away from home. Great location near the train, quiet, safe, and sunny during the daytime. Nick recommended restaurants for dinners, takeout, and grocery spots. He even met me there and showed me how to use the projector and he has an incredible collection of vinyls. I would definitely recommend this host and unique loft to friends.
Nick was super accommodating and laid back. The house was clean, and had everything that we needed. Also, his apartment was right next to a laundromat and the J line for getting around. I would definitely stay here again!
The reservation was canceled 6 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Nick was a great host. The place is really comfortable, the projector is awesome and it's really easy building to get in and out of. The neighborhood has some hidden treasures like Saratoga Park (if you have kids) and Skip's Coffee shop.
I stayed at Nick's with two friends of mine and the three of us had a blast. Nick's place is super comfortable, cosy, and welcoming. We enjoyed using the record player and projector!
Nick was great with keeping in contact and had everything prepared for us on our arrival.
The location of Nick's place is right in between two train stops on the J line so it was super easy to get around, laundromat just across the street and plenty of food options around!
We all highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Brooklyn! Oh and there is an awesome rooftop to hangout on too - this made our stay even better.
Hosting Nick and his colleagues from Adult Swim on business in L.A. was a breeze and a pleasure. Good coordinating from his end. Very friendly professional guys who took meticulous care of our West Hollywood home. We hope to host them again!
Nick and Rachel were impeccable guests. I don't usually let people self clean, but since they are owners also, I made that exception, and our house was absolutely perfect. I know they enjoyed the views and Lincoln City!
Nick was a great guest. He checked in on time and cleaned everything before he left. He and his party were very respectful and lay backed. I would be happy to house them anytime!
Nick and Rachel were perfect guests. They left the house in great shape and I'd be happy to do business with them in the future.
Nick and his colleagues were delightful and respectful guests. Great communication back and forth! They were incredible to communicate with. Kind, easy, caring and very understanding. They left the condo in absolutely great shape and clean. Nick was an absolute pleasure to host. We would love to have them back anytime.
Nick and Rachel have been really kind guests. Friendly, quite and not demanding at all.
It has been a pity to have them so few days and even worst that they get lost in latium hills and lost a night with us! :)
Hope to see them again!
Nick and Rachel paid us a flying visit! They are a lovely couple and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any other host.
Nick and I first met a few years ago while working together at The Onion.
He's a fun guy to have around that's always looking for memorable experiences off the beaten path. Nick always comes home from his trips with a great story to tell.
I've never traveled with Nick but I'm sure he'd be a courteous guest and would probably even show you a part of your city you'd never experienced before.
He's also from Staten Island, which is hilarious.
