Guest had some trouble finding the house which does happen occasionally when guests arrive after dark. However, it became clear that the guest did not fully read the house manual and directions which was probably the reason for the difficulty in finding the house as other guests have not had issues. Guest was also not aware of checkout time and checked out 3 hours late after prompting via a phone call. Guest was not easily reached via phone delaying cleaning. However, guest left house in clean condition making house turnaround easy.
