We had a lovely time in the cabin, a beautiful, quiet, secluded spot. Everything was as described and it is indeed a unique place. Just one problem which was not Kats' fault. The address of the house and her phone number sent to us by Airbnb were incorrect and we wasted a lot of time trying to find the place due to those errors. Kate had sent instructions with the correct information but we were not aware that they were different from those sent us by email by Airbnb; we thought they were further instructions on how to use the house, dispose garbage, etc. so we didn't print that document and there was no phone signal in the area next to the house to download it. We never imagined that the address sent by Airbnb or Kat's phone number would be incorrect. Airbnb or Kat: please correct those errors and update the phone information.

Birch Cabin was ideal! Very secluded and private, a perfect break from city life. We enjoyed our stay very much, thanks Kat!
Super cozy, peaceful respite from city life. We enjoyed building a fire in the wood burning stove and listening to the woodpeckers, collecting pine cones and enjoying nature. Kat was also a wonderful, communicative host who quickly answered questions and made sure we were comfortable. I would recommend Kat's house to anyone needing a quiet place to unwind for a few days. Chatham is also a lovely little town, we esp. enjoyed shopping at the Food Coop there. Thanks, Kat!
Excellent guest, very clean, easy to communicate with.
Kat is a good friend of mine and my business partner. We live in the same area and we have traveled together at several occasions. She has a secluded cabin in the middle of the woods with wonderful grounds and a porch from wich to enjoy it. Once I called for work and I heard birds sing their songs quite loudly. When I asked her it turned out she was sitting on her shady porch with a cup of tea and her laptop. That's paradise!
