Welcome back anytime.
Jarod was a GREAT guest. Jarod was clean, quiet, respectful and friendly. I can truly say it was a pleasure to host Jarod and I am happy he stayed at my apartment. I would recommend Jarod to anyone who asked and I hope my future guests are as nice and respectful as he was! Thanks for staying Jarod!
Jarod was a good guest that was easy to have around and interesting to talk to. Thanks for staying!
Jarod was a great guest! I'd be glad to host him again anytime. He took great care of my place, left it clean and tidy, and respected the rules. Highly recommended!
Jarod and his brother are thoroughly top blokes! Very friendly and courteous, considerate and sociable. They made time to hang out with my housemates and me and we shared several enjoyable conversations. I would be very glad to have them stay again and hope to see them in the future.

Jaord and his friend were pleasant and friendly. I only saw them when they checked in but they left everything in great condition. Jarod is welcome back anytime.
Man, I hate to do this, but I cannot recommend Jarod as a guest. I've had lots of airbnb guest, and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. Jarod and his friend consumed an entire bottle of Jameson from my bar (I specifically asked that they not drink an *entire* bottle, but that they were welcome to fix themselves *a* drink), they consumed a jar of olives and left the olive pits strewn inside my fridge (seriously, as if they had stood in front of the fridge and spit them into it), they drank an entire jar of pickle brine that I had been saving (weird, I know, but I marinate proteins and other things in it), there was a shriveled, half eaten pickle on the floor in my back room, there was mud smeared all over the inside of my tub (they had been at ACL, and tried to clean up, which I appreciate, they just didn't do the best job), and they also drank a bottle of New Belgium Cocoa Mole Beer, which is a limited edition 20 oz bottle that I'd been saving since February. All of this consumption was done without my consent.
All of that said, the worst part, which I learned from a neighbor, is that they were in front of my house Saturday night, trying to flag down cars to take them to a bar downtown. I'm guessing this happened after the consumption of the Jameson. When she suggested they call a taxi, they asked her to take them, and given that she is vision impaired, cannot drive, and recognized that they were out of control, she declined. It made her feel unsafe and uneasy, so much so that she walked her dog on a longer route that evening to avoid running into them again, which just crushes me. Furthermore, my cat's food and water bowls were empty and moved from their normal spot, which makes me assume that they did not feed him or give him water during the weekend. Heartbreaking.
Jarod offered to replace the bottle of Jameson (It's now Thursday, he checked out Sunday and I have seen no replacement), and said that he didn't know about the other things that were consumed, but since he is the only person I met and the person who made the reservation, he is the one I hold responsible. And where was he when these things were being consumed? This does not make me feel good about what happened in my home during the weekend.
All of my other guests have been incredibly respectful. I just can't say that about Jarod. I would never rent to him again.
Jarod and his guest were great. They were easy to communicate with and very polite. I'd be happy to have them back anytime!
