Sandra and Ashly were accommodating and welcoming, and gave us a good lunch recommendation in the neighborhood.
The pictures were accurate and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Their dog was friendly and calm.
We spent most of the trip out of the apartment, and the location was convenient: we walked from the 30th street station, then had easy walks to the Art Museum, Eastern State Penitentiary, and some cafes and restaurants. Our hosts let us leave luggage there before check in, which was nice.
Sandra and ash were AMAZING! So well organized and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!!
Sandra & Ashly were very easy to work with and provided much information about the surrounding neighborhood, such as local groceries, restaurants, etc. Their apartment was clean and had plenty of space for me to feel at home during my brief stay. I was in town for the Philadelphia Marathon and could not have stayed in a more convenient location. Took all of 2 minutes to walk to the start/finish lines on race day! It is also close to the Art Museum if you want to run "the steps".
Everything about the visit was perfect. Sandra hosted us and made us feel welcome and at ease. The neighborhood was perfect for a visit to the museums and easy to get to Center City when we wanted. Whole foods is nearby, Starbucks and several nice restaurants in walking distance.
The room was fine: a clean and nicely appointed with a private bath were all we needed. If you are visiting the Barnes Collection or the Philadelphia Art museum there are no better accommodations in Philadelphia .
