A bit about us and the Domes.

Lena and I live in a very special dwelling, consisting of 2 domes. We occupy the groundfloor of the larger dome while Hans, who started the project, lives in the smaller dome.
We share meals, washing and keeping the place clean.
Hans, who started the project is 67 years old, born in Holland, worked in the offshoreindustry and was thereafter involved in environmental and energy related matters. Hans is now retired.
I, Nico am 66 years old and worked as a caretaker in a wholesales business, also retired now. My hobbies are golf, cooking and photography.
I live together with Lena who is Danish, in the house that we have build together with Hans.
As we like meeting new people we decided to join AirBnB.

Charges:
€69,- per day for 2 adults.
Subsequent children and or adults are €20,- each per day, subject to available bedding (check). Childrens cot available.
We also have 3 bikes available. 1 ladiesbike with childrens seat on the back, basket on the front and 3 gears. 1 electric ladies bike, a joy to ride! We charge EU 5,- per bike per day.
Use of washer and/or dryer EU. 2,- each.

Breakfast is not provided but you will find a complimentary basket with wine, beer, softdrinks, fruit and other goodies. The fully fitted mini kitchen gives the guests the opportunity to prepare their own breakfast whenever they desire. Also included is bedlinnen and towels.
As we expect our guests to treat our home as if it were their own, there are no charges for cleaning!
We do however, request guests to take off bedlinnen and leave it in the entrance at the washing machine.

Esbjerg is situated in the South Western part of Danmark, there where the Vikings took off from and came home to. Several of their settlements, now open air musea, are near to where we live. But don't worry, the Vikings are all gone, while we are very much alive and much friendlier.
Esbjerg is Danmarks center for the offshore, oil- and windmill industry.
Also sports and education are trademarks of our city. It is also a windy city. We get lots of fresh air blown in from the north sea, but that is for free for now, and we hope it will remain untaxed.

Lena, Nico and Hans.
