Great communication:) We got in late at night and there were no lights and I couldn't find the right password:/ Beth was very friendly when she picked up the phone around midnight Christmas Eve to give me directions ( Thank you Beth!) Then we received a tin of the best handmade Christmas cookies ever that were enjoyed by us and our extended family.
I love this little unassuming house in this quaint and quiet neighborhood. Like stepping back in time about 50 years...In this little out of the way community in the middle of St. Petersburg- crazy cool! The beds were comfortable as was the cooling/air/heater..everything we needed for a lovely relaxing vacation.
We thought the home was wonderful. It was very comfortable for our family of four and the instructions were very comprehensive! The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice to be able to park in the garage since Phoenix had below zero temps for most of our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend the place to others. Thank you!
Great house! Plenty of space, perfect location, very well stocked kitchen.
Was in St Pete for a wedding with my mother, my brother, and my brother's girlfriend. My Mom had never stayed in an airbnb before, but she arrived first and had no problem finding and getting into the place. My brother is known for being occasionally impossible, but he too was happy with the place and how well it supported our group. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, great neighborhood.
The nicest surprise was how close we were to the beach / pier / downtown Gulport area. It's an extremely walkable district (which runs counter to 99.9% of the Florida experience I've had in the past) with restaurants, shops, bars, and so forth, and our family took advantage of that frequently.
The Sand Dollar was a quaint and clean 2nd floor apartment. The first floor was a garage and laundry room. It was a block from Gulfport downtown and restaurants. I loved being able to close the privacy gate to allow our dog to run around. Parking is tight, and I was grateful to have a smaller car. I'm not sure if I would have been able to pull in and out gracefully with our old vehicle. The host, Elizabeth, is very responsive. I'd definitely stay again.
We loved the Dolphin House & neighborhood. It was clean, comfy and spacious even for 6 of us. Check in & out was simple and straight forward. We would come back. Thanks Beth.
The listing was exactly as portrayed. So cute!! Everything we needed was provided. Loved that it was close to the Art District of Gulfport but far enough away to be quite.
The house was great, perfect for the 6 of us and all of the amenities like the listing said. It's a wonderful neighborhood, also a little weird which everyone is very proud of. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
A nice house in a quiet suburban neighborhood about 25 miles from central Austin. The kitchen facilities were excellent - full-size fridge-freezer (with water and ice dispenser), full-size cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee grinder, both an espresso and filter coffee maker, cutlery, plates, dishes and pans. There are a couple of walk-in closets to keep suitcases out of the way during your stay. The WiFi internet connectivity was good throughout the house and has a separate office if you need a quiet work-space. There is also a nearby community-recreational center and park with swimming pools as well. The AC kept the house very comfortable despite it being August and humid outside at times. Communication with the host was great and I highly recommend staying here to anyone.
