She is rude and very annoying person I ever seen in my life.
We apologized for the mistake that happened in our policy and place description, and we gave her option to have towel and sheets (Brand New with tags) for $40, and she accepted that, but we didnt send her any alteration, so, she agreed to pay in cash, which she submit a ticket for this to AirBnb and caused so much problem. At the end, we gave her the stuff we purchased for her for FREE, and now she is complaining about them again.
Regarding cleaning: we had a construction site beside our building, which is done, but now is over, so every day if we were cleaning the place, it could get dusty, but because she didnt have the understanding, she gave us hard time, and we have to assign a cleaner for 3 hours (for FREE) to clean the place however she asked. Again she is complaining about that we as well.
Also, when she left, we figured out that she damaged the floor very very badly, and it costs us 6000 canadian dollars to fix the damage, and thanks to Airbnb we didnt get any reimbursement because she was covering the damage, so, we found the damage 2 days later after she left.
After all of these, I decided to leave a positive feedback for her and not make any issue for her (before figuring out the damage issue), and I asked her to do the same for us, but here is what she left for me.
Very very very picky person, very very very rude and I hope never have such a guess every again.
