The apartment was completely satisfied our needs. It was clean and cosy. However, it was a bit noisy from the street, we didn’t care about too much.
There is good supermarket “Coop” on the next street. We bought food and all other things what we needed there. Also, there are several nice places to eat. Bruno kindly showed us all these places when we met him.
We found many tourist guides and books about Italy in Bruno’s library. This helped us a lot to manage our city walks. Many attractions are within walking distance.
I have to notice that WiFi was very slow and disconnected very often. Also, mobile network “3” (Tre) has very low signal inside the apartment.
Anyway, I would totally recommend this place to my friends.
Amazing location; steps to the trevi fountain, Spanish steps and a nearby metro. Bruno was a great host and took the time to orient us to the neighbourhood, good restaurants and nearby sights. The apartment was a bit noisy from the street. The kitchen was tiny, but that didn't matter to us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!
Great Location, Bruno sent on very detailed directions so it was very easy to get there, lovely trattoria near by which Bruno pointed out as he gave us a tour of the neighbourhood, supermarket nearby as well for supplies although all the basics were in apartment, we only ate breakfast there each morning but kitchen is tiny and kettle took a long time to boil! Rooms are nice although beds very squeaky, I'm a light sleeper and was waking myself up...small complaint as otherwise place was great I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to a friend
Bruno is absolutely charming. He met us at the flat, showed us how everything worked, then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. There are restaurants, food shops, a gelateria, and a laundromat within a block or two. The apartment is between the Tritone fountain and the Trevi Fountain. It is perfectly located for sight seeing. The beds are very good quality and it is great fun to look out over the streets from the first floor windows.
Bruno was polite, helpful and attentive. First he had to wait for our arrival after midnight. He spent a lot of time to explain the logistics to us and offered a lot of advice. Second he responded to our many questions. One reason I made this trip was to run the Rome marathon. When I could not download my score/diploma in time, he even did that for me - I had no clue how he did it.
Thanks Frank See you again !
Location: Bruno's apartment is in a great location, I had my wife and 3 small kids with me, but we still were able to walk to many of the city's top locations. The hop on bus leaves from just up the road do this was dead handy. Coffee across the road was just the thing for early mornings, especially with jet lagged sproggs!
Host: a scholar and a gentleman. I cocked up by forgetting to text him from the airport but he still arrived in 30 mins. He walked me around the block to give me the low down on the neighborhood. Most of the locals knew him and he seemed like a top bloke. Communication with him before was very detailed and helpful.
Apartment: 2 good sized bedrooms. The main one had a queen sized bed. The second one has a double and a single. He also let us use the baby crib which was huge. Kitchen is tiny but functional. Living area is lovely and the tv and WiFi worked great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is a co-op store down the road whet u can buy all your food for eating in. We ate in for breakfast and ate out for all other times. The road outside was a little noisy but what can u expect from a great location that is so central.
Overall: no bother recommending Bruno's pass to friends.
We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The description was accurate and was very close to all the sites. The metro was easy to get to as well. Bruno was a friendly host and was able to provide a cot for our baby which made it much easier to travel. Highly recommend the place.
Fantastic place. Bruno and Claudia were both very helpful with plenty of prompt communication and advise. Many thanks again !
Thanks Olivier See you again ?
Gracias Bruno! Si vuelvo a Roma sin duda me volvería a alojar allí.
Gracias ! See you again !
Bellissimo posto, molto centrale e Bruno e molto (website hidden) saro ancora certamente.
