Couldn't live without: coffee, carbonara, books, bikes, dear spouse. SIAMO LIETI DI COMUNICARE ANCHE IN ITALIANO.
I'm a great guest (I've been told) and follow an old scouting motto: I'll leave the place in the same--OR BETTER--condition than when I arrived. Being able to sleep is important to me. I'm not a vampire or anything, but I LOVE dark, quiet bedrooms. I don't mind an airshaft for a bedroom window IF IT'S A QUIET AIRSHAFT! If traveling with Dear Spouse need to have either an elevator or a place that doesn't require us to go up more than 2 flights of stairs to get in. We love getting to know new spaces and places. We love our cat (though we don't travel with her) and I mention it only because we don't have any pet allergies. We don't smoke, and while we prefer to live (email hidden), so long as the bedroom didn't smell smoky, we'd probably do okay, depending on length of stay. We have lived in Italy for long periods of time.
