Lauren, your review is inaccurate and unfair. I refrained from reviewing you because I had nothing positive to say so thought it's better to say nothing at all. I will have to set some facts straight however: 1. It is very inconvenient when flights are cancelled, I agree, I always try to facilitate guests as far as possible. Obviously, as I said at your arrival, it was not your fault, nor was it mine. That is why I did not charge you the late check in fee. 2. I had a prior commitment that evening and had to take a taxi to meet you at a cost of 18 euro. Further, you informed me you would be there in 18 minutes, in fact you were 20 mins later than that at approx 11.30pm. 3. You were charged half the fee for the use of the sofa bed, as agreed between us. 4. The bedclothes for the sofabed were all made up and left on top of the bed, it would be impracticable to set the bed up before your arrival as it takes up a lot of the space. 5. Unlike Australia it is not permitted to install a standard mains voltage socket in a bathroom in Ireland. 6. We exchanged many messages about your trip and I supplied you with some helpful info about things to do in the area and how to get from the airport. 7. I also facilitated you with a late check out of 4.30pm. Finally, I love being an Airbnb host and thankfully none of my other guests have ever shared your views nor have I encountered guests like you before!
