Response from Nhon:
I was so shocked and sadly read Mike's review on Airbnb. Mike, it's a totally "unfair" review you wrote to us compare to your other place. You know I'd paid my property management to hire the professional cleaning crew to have the place clean and get ready every time after my guests leaving. The cleaning lady would have missed certain spots here and there but it cannot be a dirty place as you described. I'm really frustrated and disappointed for not being there to see it as I live too far away in British Columbia. I'm sorry the situation but I just wanted you to know that I'd been in Montreal two months before your visited Montreal. I had made the place throughout cleaned, lamps and furniture fixed up after the students left (yes, it's a student building-in front of McGill University and it's a very nice one hosting for summer only). The apartment was so nicely clean and decent that I took many good pictures (not deceiving) to upload to airbnb. About the windows, they were open for the fresh air during summer; also all windows in the building never have screens and they're all like that. It's an old hardwood floor. If you read again on airbnb I did not put the place comes with air conditioning (most people easily get angry for not having an AC...). Again very disappointed from your review as I do believe we do have a decent place with real beds, clean sheets and towels. Anyway, we cannot please anyone, especially with a very large group of people. However, I will take both of your notes, negative and positive ones, as well as your suggestion - by letting my property management know your complains so he can maintain it better and making sure he'll hire the proper cleaning crew.
