keep apartment clean and nice...wish to meet you again!
Ismael stayed with us for 3 days. he kept the room clean. he is a happy guy. and thanks for the marple syrup. my daughter has sweet teeth, she really like it. before i reach home . the can has already opened by her.
Ismael was very patient, when he first arrived,because the previous guet didnt want to check out, so we have to let him to wait and arrange another apartment for him, but he was very easy and patient.he kept the apartment clean and always communicated what he want,so far, we are happy with him, and will recommend him to others as well.
We enjoyed having these guests, Ismael is lots of fun, I found easy to talk to and expects the best. We did our best to make them feel at home and comfortable to approach us with what ever their need. I would definantly have them back again. The suite was clean and dishes all done when they left, thank you .

The moment he arrived, he started causing trouble for me and the neighbors. I am not sure what his problem was but he was absolutely adamant to fault everything about my apartment. I have had many guests stay at this apartment and never heard anything negative, but Ismael was determined.
TRUE: The internet was temporarily down when he arrive but sometimes these things are out of my control, I didn't blame anyone, I went STRAIGHT to the internet host company and had them check and fix everything within 1 hr. (I would challenge ANYONE to get their internet company to work this efficiently for them.) If he needed to call anyone that urgently, we had cell phones that we would have happily gave him but he never mentioned anything about an urgent call.
UNTRUE: He called me at close to 11pm and started to complain about the dog that lives with our neighbors on the roof top. He tried to get me to cancel his reservation that night because of the dog was barking. I've had this apartment for a long time, and hosted MANY MANY guests. Not a SINGLE one ever complained about the dog. So I challenged him on this on the phone and he sheepishly then admitted, oh it's stopped now, it was barking for 30 minutes though.
Really? Ok, fine, maybe the dog barked, I can't prove otherwise, but history and other guest reviews prove that the dog is not a rabid barking dog that should be punished by these baseless accusations.
UNTRUE: He Complained about the shower flow. Many guests are most concerned about the shower and I understand this, I am a traveler as well staying at other hosts and hotels many times a year. So again, look at my other reviews. NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT about my shower. Is the issue with my SHOWER, or Ismael?
UNTRUE: You complained that my apartment is not fit for summer. You complained at 11pm at night that my air conditioner is not working, is VERY LOUD and VERY HOT, it is only quiet when you keep it about 36C?! My air conditioner doesn't even GO to 36C! Especially since it is only 30C outdoors!!! That is a HEATER not an air conditioner...I don't HAVE a heater in the apartment. Anyway, I PAID for an electrician from the A/C company to go over immediately the next day to make sure the A/C was working. Sure enough, the electrician told me there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE A/C. It was QUIET, CLEAN, and importantly COLD.
However, the electrician DID scold me for one thing...YOU LEFT THE A/C on ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT EVEN WHEN NO ONE WAS AT THE APARTMENT!!!!!!!!! Why would you do this? I have signs in the apartment BEGGING guests to think of the environment and please turn off electric appliances especially the A/C when they leave the apartment....but no, Ismael MUST HAVE A/C 24 Hrs a day even though he wasn't even at the apartment as he stated he already moved into another hotel!!!!! Thank you from our planet.
UNTRUE: Shower height issue: 100% of my guests are not height challenged. They are ALL of normal height. Look at my reviews again. Not a SINGLE COMPLAINT about shower height. are you 174cm or in fact 1740cm?
UNTRUE: The hotel next door is cheaper?! They give you the same size room? 2 pull out double beds. ONE PRIVATE ROOF TOP OVER LOOKING THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HARBOUR IN THE WORLD. FREE SERVICE, FREE WI FI, ANYTHING YOU WANT, and you want to compare my rate to the rate of the 3 star hotel next door. I guess if that is true, ALL my previous guests and most guests on Airbnb that only focus on the number attached to the listing are stupid consumers that like paying more for nothing.
PLEASE ADMIT IT. YOU wanted to back out of your reservation but couldn't find a way that airbnb would allow it, since you had no grounds!
So now, you are angry, at what? who knows. but anyway, you decided to take it out on my BEAUTIFUL LOVELY apartment that 99.9% of my guests (it is not 100% thanks to YOUR UNTRUE INACCURATE review) enjoy.

This is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a guest and he only stayed for 10 hrs.
