Please, request the information of the provider / strata or whoever has them to check the time of our departure. If this is too much hassle, I can send you the invoice of the toll bridge in Brisbane which we passed on our way back home so you can see we did not spent the night there.
We did not check the cutlery or the bathroom when you showed us the apartment, we did not lift the bedding / linen at this moment nor did we recognise the wobbly bed. However, when we returned to the apartment to one issue after the other came up but we did not made the decision to drive home until 8pm. We did not contact you the same day as we just wanted home and did not expect a refund. Tracey, please check your messages you wrote to us. It was you who offered a refund (we had not mentioned it) but changed your mind accusing us of having stayed there and just wanting to claim the money back. Then, and not before, we said we would consider it as if it never happened when you refund it. We can not claim the money back from airbnb as we did not think about taking pictures of all issues. However, if you wish I can send you a picture of your bathroom and you tell me again you cleaned it! We certainly do not expect the Marriott as you suggested, but leftovers in the bath, bed and cutlery from the previous guest is just a little bit to much.
