I am a consultant for the Property Management Services of WV Young Group of Companies. Aside from that, I am a Director of Operations for Inspiring Innovations, Inc., a company that offers furnishing services for bare condominium units to make these income-generating. I handle 4 businesses and "busy-ness" is where you'll find me most of the time.

I like to meet new people and since I was a kid particularly, non-Filipinos. I love to listen to stories of other people. I love to be a source of information for most people, if I don't know the answer now, please be assured that I'll look for an answer as soon as possible.

My past-time, if there is, is talking to my girlfriend (she lives in Qatar). Reading books (particularly on business and self-improvement) is my passion. I always want to learn. In fact, I always have audiobooks in my car to listen to.

By the way, I can live functionally without a TV. In fact, I don't have time to watch it. :)

My passion is to motivate people. In fact, there are times that I miss my former job (I'm a professor for one of the universities here in the Philippines). My ultimate dream is to become a motivational speaker like John Maxwell and Brian Tracy.

Most of the people I know find me "too organized." They actually find it weird. When they open my closet, they just can't help but laugh because all the shirts are lined up, arranged by color and sorted by type (long-sleeved, short-sleeved). It annoys me when things are in a mess that I can't help but clean it up. Though this is a pet-peeve, this trait could be good for our guests.

By the way, I'm a licensed physical therapist. Why did I land in this career? Let's talk when you get here. :)
