Monica ,Joel and Jonah were absolutely wonderful guests. They are personable, outgoing and very respectful. We really enjoyed having them stay and look forward to their return. Top notch guests!
Monica and family were satisfactory guests. Because they have a young child/baby they might consider staying some place that is stand alone, rather than in a flat that is sandwiched between two other units. We were woken up by crying a few of the nights between 3 and 4 am. I do believe they did their best to soothe the baby however it is a bit disconcerting when one of your airbnb guests cries for an extended period at the time of night/morning. They also left the place a bit dirtier than most guests.
Monica was courteous and left my apartment in good condition. When she arrived she claimed that the bathroom was dirty and left a review saying my apartment smelled like cats. I have a cleaning person, but because I was away I couldn't inspect the bathroom myself and had to take her word for it. I offered to reimburse her for 50% of the cleaning fee, but she wasn't interested. Also, I don't have a cat and have lived there for three years. Maybe the mysterious smell was the scent of the Chanel no. 5 that my housekeeper sprays in between cleanings.
