Louise's place, the wonderfully restored thatched roof cottage was an absolute pleasure to stay in. It is very well equiped for home style living. After reading the instructions left by Louise, we were able to access the internet and start up the two stoves . Once the electric stove was warmed up( it can take a while) we were able to bake a delicious Irish raised roast beef in the oven, with stovetop stewed local root veges and a stir fry tofu vege mix . The accomodations are really comfy. The four of us slept really well and in the evening we enjoyed a little television, while preparing our meals after a busy day of visiting and sightseeing. On our last day we woke up to an outdoor temperature of 6 degree celsius. It was so toasty warm in the house that I was walking around bare feet.
