From Copenhagen, Denmark bringing you an entrepreneur, PhD, IT-engineer, guitarist, piano-player, who are currently working on starting a company (Biomicore) based on a patented self-repairing chip technology developed during my PhD at the Technical University of Denmark. I really enjoy the thought of creating something - whether its simply "dinner", a new guitar-riff, a new technology or a company - "creating" is one of my key drivers.

How I live my life is inspired from a line in the film "Confessions of a dangerous mind": "I came up with a new game-show idea recently. Its called The Old Game. You got three old guys with loaded guns onstage. They look back at their lives, see who they were, what they accomplished, how close they came to realizing their dreams. The winner is the one who doesnt blow his brains out." To me to win this "old game" is what life is all about - when you're old and grey you have to be able to look back at your life and think - "man, I've really gave it everything I had".

Naturally, this idea of what life is about goes perfectly hand in hand with the first cliche about me, but I don't care: I LOVE to travel! I've visited the U.S. many times - both business, pleasure and combined. Due to my work I have been several times in California and love the place. In 2010 I lived 5 months in a rented flat in Pasadena, L.A. while working at NASAs Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
When travelling I really enjoy having my own flat - be able to cook your own food, have a refrigerator etc. I've stayed in everything from a tent up in the mountains in Yosemite to a bed-bug hostel in San Francisco to the tallest hotel in Bangkok.

What else? Hmm.. I'm probably the biggest Jack White fan around - almost all tunes I can play on the guitar is something he plays. Another cliche, since I'm an IT-engineer and PhD: I've recently gotten quite into sci-fi. Right now carving my way through the works of Isaac Azimov.
