thanks for you review. apologies if there was misunderstanding between us. the guest had originally had booked 6 nights and before their arrival they wanted to add more night. on airbnb it was clearly shown that this this apartment was not available. On the listing is mentioned that if guest would like to extend the stay and the actual apartment is not available we will move you to another jn same block of apartments.
in the case Anna , the apartment for that last night was not available. on that day when she had supposed to remind them to move to another apartment she took a long day excursion. Their apartment was booked by other guests so we were worrying about not giving them the apartment they actually booked, so we try to contact Anna about this issue and taking permission to move their belongings to the other apartment on same floor, however they refused we do such thing.
of course we respect the the guests decision and later I had to explain to the coming guests of what happen and he was kind to understand. anna said that i have memory problems because i changed version. its not i have such problem but i changed my decision not to move you to other apartment as you come late from excursion and the other guest had already checked in long time ago , so it was more convenient to move the other guest next morning and I told you can stay in same apartment
it was all about communication problem with the guest
