Thank you for your review Mark, I am sorry to hear you felt that way. I am just surprised as you know none of these problems have ever been an issue with other guests. We are not long-distance host, we were out of town visiting family for the holidays, which is very rare for us. Via our phone convo I let you know that if something wasn't cleaned properly or was not up to your standards, we either call the maid come back immediately or have our good friend (Airbnb Super host) come rectify the situation. I wish you would have discussed these issues during your stay as they could of also been the result of the guest prior to you. We very much pride ourselves on the quality in which our airbnb unit is, and as you can see from our other reviews, it is clearly represented.
