Really good overall experience. Professional letting service, great email communications before we travelled. We were met at the apartment.
Apartment exactly as described, kitchen contained all the basics, exptremely clean, plenty of on-demand hot water (It's the little things that count). Location was central, the street is quiet. Restaurants, Cafe's and a waitrose all within a 1 minute walk.
Would stay here again without hesitation.
Nice and clean apartment. However, some items especially in the bathroom look a little cheap and worn out. Terrace doors seem not to close properly but since the terrace is not accessible from outside, its a minor problem. The traffic in Stamford Street is rather heavy, so the bedrooms are not very silent. No hairdryer, otherwise excellently equipped. we can recommend it, but would not go there again, since the walk to the westend and other attractions in Downtown London is too long. we often had to use taxis or public transportation. if you want to check in earlier or have a late check out, the company charge you more than 70 pounds even if the apartment is available anyway. paying this price, it should be included (if there are not guests already staying)
The flat is clean and very good located, i Was in the small studio which was Too small for me.
Good place to stay
The location of this apartment is amazing...right on the River Thames with great views and only 10 minutes walk from Big Ben !
Good location, good customer service
The family had a great time in London and enjoyed the cleanness and convenience of the flat. Good location to get to most tourist sites. Wireless worked well.
The main down side for a family was that the flat is very close to a pub that can be noisy until it shuts down late; especially in the summer when you may want the windows open for cool, fresh air.
The apartment is actually rented by a company called BoutiqueLondonLets, quite a professional organisation. On arrival to London, I was informed there'd been a mix-up with my booking, and my 2-br flat wasn't available. The manager of the accommodation was incredibly helpful in trying to remedy the situation and provided a few alternatives, in some cases willing to cover the difference of a more expensive alternative. I appreciated the effort.
The accom I stayed in was a 1-br flat in the same building.
The amenities are very new and very modern, and location at 55 red Lion St is excellent.
Size of the 1-br is quite large for central London standards, and quite easily slept someone on the sofa-bed.
The 1-br I stayed in was a flat at ground level at the rear of the building, and being underneath two restaurants, had quite a bit of noise of people walking on upper floors and the kitchen dishwasher making quite a bit of noise. It didn't bother too much, but if you're a light sleeper, you may want to confirm you're on a higher floor.
Flat was good, nice, bright and clean. Obviously, the apartment was not as good as it is shown on the website but still good enough. Location was excellent just about 20 minutes walk from the London Eye.
Great apartment and centrally located especially with the craziness of the Diamond Jubilee going on in London. Derek was very responsive, nice and easy to work with. Would definitely rent from him again!
This apartment was soooo great! We Loved everything. The location is great, just 5 minutes walking by The London Eye. The place was very clean, everything was working good, and they even putted little hearts off chocolat over our beds. We couldn't be more satisfied than that!
