Jason is completely wrong about his opinion.
yes, we really had problems in the apartment that he booked before.
I gave him two apartments and he choosed this one to stay in.I told him that I will bring him difference between sum in cash at the day of check out.and I brought it I cash in national currency as all payments in the banks are given only in national currency.He said that he can not used them as he have half day in Ukraine and he need dollars, and he suggested me to send money to his account.I told him that he also can stay for late check out but he said that they already have plans and will check out at 11:00.and he was very nice and polite person during check out and no problem he didn't say when he met us.
so I don't understand totally why he write this all now and don't tell this all face to face to the (website hidden) no mosquitos are in the apartment(the guest forget to close the door at the balcony and that's why they probably had way to come inside of apartment).
Most important thing that refund was sent to his account and I gave him provement from my bank .but he didn't receive the money.
as my bank explain me, probably the sum that was sent is almost the same as bank fees and they take mostly all the sum and sent some dollars to his account and this is not ok to guest.But I provide him all the sum in cash when we met for check out!he didn't want to take it!!I sent full sum from my accout to his and don't understand why he is acting like this.
Earlier I left good words for review of this guest-but now I can say I was wrong and I would not definitely recommend him to anyone,Crazy person in his acts and words.not polite and leave apartment in great mess .
