Well located, nice little apartment! Perfect for a couple to explore Quebec's old city. We would stay there again.
We had three very pleasant Christmass-days in Quebec. The apartment has a amazing view which we really enjoyed. The place was nice and clean and we felt that we where welcome.
We never met Paul as we where introduced to the apartment by one off Pauls friends, who was very helpful.
Note two things about Quebec which has nothing to do with the Paul and the apartment:
Parking in Quebec is very expensive even at night in the winter time. The roads in Quebec-city has to be free off cars at night to allow the authorities to clean the roads for snow. You can park the car for 1 hour in the street parallel to rue Saint Jean - rue D´ Aiguillon. And at night time there is a parking area where rue Saint Jean and rue D´aiguillon met. It costs 12$ pr day, 10$ pr. night, 2 $ pr. hour to park there.
French is the main language in Quebec. Some Quebecians has no second language. Specially if you get out of the tourist track. I would strongly recommend guests to take a basic language course in french before visiting the Quebec provins in Canada.
We had a perfect time in Quebec City! Paul and Marie's apartment is in a fabulous location - we did not need to drive once in three days - we could walk to all of the historic sites and the amazing shops and eateries. We also brought food and cooked in the apartment - the kitchen is small and well organized. We (my husband and 13 year old son) were amazed how quiet the apartment is - to be right in the heart of the city and have little to no street noise was amazing. The little porch offered a great over look of the city and gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed the pool and sauna only briefly, because we were so focused on being outside, but it sure was nice!
We are already planning our next visit!! We can't say enough good things!
The reservation was canceled 11 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

Paul was very gracious as my group was running really late. They showed supreme patience.
First of all, the location is superb. It's literally in the middle of Quebec and all the sights, good cafes, etc. are within a short walking distance. Could not imagine a better location. We drove here and parking was not an issue as there a lot of side streets.
The apartment itself comfortably held 3 adults and the beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was adjustable and can be strong (which is good). Paul even left folded towels for us.
The apartment was very clean and organized. Also, the apartment is high enough that it wasn't loud and so we could sleep without interruption. They even left a handy map of the area.
Paul is very friendly and communicates well. No issues there.
Overall, a great experience - the location is just perfect.
Paul and Marie were excellent guests - very clean, polite, and great communicators. I hope are able to find something great when they move to Toronto. Cheers!
