My condo is located in Gaslamp Quarter, the heart of downtown San Diego, CA. I'm not always at my place, so I'd like to rent it out to people that want a great living space with a fabulous location downtown.

Great place, great location, a nice deck for seeing what is happening on the streets below, very convenient underground parking. There must be thick walls because the neighbors never seemed to make a sound (it might help that the unit is on the top floor, too).
Per the description, it can definitely be loud at night from the clubs (particularly on the weekend), but that is the beauty and bane of living right downtown in the heart of everything.
Did I mention location? Because you are close to the water, the airport, Balboa park, and can walk, bike, ride or drive basically anywhere with ease - thanks in part to the copious guides, maps and transit timetables Sue left on the desk!
Sue's apartment was lovely and in a great location. Sue was extremely helpful and patient with us even though she wasn't able to meet us directly. Please keep in mind what Sue says about it being noisy on the weekends - yes it does but it didn't bother us - we enjoyed having the night life around us and are heavy sleepers anyway. All up, awesome place.
This apartment is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. A large loft style space with a high ceiling and a small balcony at the front. There are good cooking facilities and a massive TV if you need to watch TV. Or DVDs. It’s in a very clean modern building and there’s even a small gym to use on the ground floor. There’s a useful space to park a car in the garage below the building. The location is great and makes it easy to walk to bars and restaurants in the evening. Sue was really professional with all communications and came to meet us at check in. She was also really helpful with local info and recommendations.
Great location! Sue's place was right in the Gaslamp district, and we only had to take a short walk for everything. The flat had everything we needed, and sue gave all the information we needed for the apartment and the area. I recommend everyone to stay at Sue's place.
I had a great time at Sue´s apartment which is wonderfully located in the center of the city. The Gaslight district is lovely and has all the great bars and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a big refrigerator to use. Sue is very helpful and friendly and I would absolutely stay there again:)
Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at Sue's place due to a death in my family. I had to cancel the reservation 3 days out and was worried because of the 5 day cancellation policy. Sue was kind and caring of my situation, responded immediately to all of my questions and requests, and graciously refunded me what she could for my missed stay. I couldn't have been happier, and will be sure to stay at her place in the near future knowing how reliable and kind of a person she is.
Sue was super helpful and available for anything I needed. The loft is right in the heart of the Gaslamp hood and within walking distance to every place I had to go. Comfortable new couch too!
We spent 6 days in San Diego and staying at Sue's place was really convinient. It is close to the Convention Center, but also to all good restaurants and nightlife spots in Gaslamp, 30 minutes walk to Balboa Park, close to all public transportation (bus, trolley). The appartment is spacious and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying there again if we return to SD!
Hi guys!!! Sue's loft is very nice and it is in the middle of gaslamp: amazing!!
Bye Sue, see u soon

The loft couldn't have been more centrally located! It had everything I needed for my weekend stay in San Diego and Sue was more than available to any questions to be answered. I will most definitely come back to Sue when I'm in town next year!
