Olivier’s place is perfectly situated with many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The proximity to the subway is convenient and there is city parking nearby. The space itself is spacious and comfortable as a home base when exploring the city.

Oliver's place is quintessentially Mile End. Just far enough away from the action to work for our family, but close enough to be able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The space is bright and roomy and worked well for our family of 4. His neighbours are quiet and friendly and we felt very comfortable during our 5 night stay. While English was not Olivier's first language, we had no communication issues and he was very responsive with suggestions and advice. Thanks again Olivier!

Olivier’s place embodies a quintessential Montreal experience. The space was clean, stylish, and incredibly warm. Great location within walking distance to everything in Mile End. Also, Olivier was a very accommodating and flexible host. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal!

Oliver was very easy to communicate with and accommodating with check in and check out. The location, front and back porch were great. The apartment itself is quirky and not very clean. However, the price is right, especially for the location. We had a total of 4 guests and we all slept comfortably in the beds. Stayed here with three friends. There are three bedrooms, two double beds, one twin, and one futon in the living room, so it could accommodate more if necessary. Location couldn’t get better. It’s in the middle of a quiet block, 5 min or less walk to coffee, bars, restaurants in the Mile End. Trees outside back window add nice secluded, natural touch. Decor is quirky and fun. Coming to the Mile End area was a new expereince for me. I felt Olivier was very thoughtful in helping me to gain a clear understanding of what to expect in terms of the location, parking, and getting around. I really enjoyed the unique character of his apartment and was very comfortable ...slept great!

Oliver was a very gracious host who took care to make sure our stay was a good one. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. I would recommend this place to travellers who are on a tighter budget.
