I've lived in Glasgow for 13 years and most of it in Finnieston. Originally came to Glasgow to study in the art school and have worked in a variety of jobs from community arts to therapeutic work.

Great location . We stayed during the commonwealth games and were close to the Clyde , the city centre and the west end. Argyle road itself is vibrant with lots of good pubs and restaurants just outside the door.
Kasia is a lovely host and we were so relaxed staying in her apartment.
Great location, nice flat and lovely host!
We chose another location closer to family
Catherine was a very friendly and helpful host. Although she was not there at the check in she organised it very well. We spent three nights in her lovely and clean home in the middle of Glasgow, where many shops, restaurants, busses, clubs etc.are nearby. The two cats are really lovely and curius. We had a great time in Glasgow. Thanks a lot and all the best for you.
We had the best time in Kasia's flat!!The flat is amazing and it is in the best location in Glasgow! Kasia was very very helpful and nice. She made us feel like home!! Also the cats are the best cats in the world!!!
Lovely apartment, lovely host, lovely cats! Had a really nice stay. Great location between the centre and West End. Kasia is a very welcoming person, almost felt like home. :-)
Catherine's flat is charming and well located. ( I advice the Hidden lane tea room nearby... yummy! ) Catherine was a very friendly host and I hope we will see each other again one day!
Catherine was a wonderfully responsive and communicative host. She also has two of the most adorable cats I have ever met. It was really unfortunate that we did not spend more time in Glasgow. The flat was homey, clean, spacious, and an added bonus of adorably decorated. It is also located by some really great bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
Catherine's lovely flat is a perfect little slice of Glasgow. The West End location is great for exploring the Kelvingrove park and museum as well as all the funky shops and cafes of the area. There's loads of restaurants and shops on her street as well as several bus lines nearby.
The room is spacious and comfy and the terrace is perfect for a cup of coffee to start the morning or an evening glass of wine.
Catherine is a sweet and considerate host who goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. I wish I had stayed longer!
Kasia's flat is well situated for getting around Glasgow. The rooftop is wonderful for sitting on. The bed was comfortable and it was very convenient having the pulley in the room for drying clothes on. The room and bathroom were clean and there are multiple restaurants and pubs within walking distance (Bukharah - around the corner on Derby & Sauchiehall was delicious!). We loved Cafe Toscana right across the street for breakfast and coffees. The area itself seems a bit rough. I don't know how often I would have gone out by myself in the evening if I didn't have my husband with me. The flat itself is secure (although a bit hard to find at first) but the number is only on one side of the door and if you are walking you may miss it.
It was a delight to host Katherine. She is friendly, smiley and smart. Very independent, filled each day with fun activities. She kept the place incredibly tidy. I would highly recommend her and hope to see her again soon.
I didn't meet Catherine because i wasn't in Barcelona. But a friend of mine open the door and met her. She told me Catheine is smiley and nice girl. Also told me that she left the flat in perfect conditions. She is wellcome again at my place :)
Catherine and her very sympahiques friend, they are very pleasant and happy. A real pleasure to know. They are very friendly places.
